Food Fight (open for Mass Participation)

I sat at the Apollo table with the rest of my sisters, digging into my Ham, mashed potatoes, veggies and Pineapple lunch. I was off in my own world, not really paying attention to the conversation that was happening at the table. Instead I was thinking about things that had been plaguing my mind for longer than I could remember now. I was thinking about my reoccurring dream about the Mental Hospital for children and teens, where Charlie seemed to be visiting in his spare time. I thought about Roxy and Quintyn on their quest and wondered how they were doing. I thought about Finn, who was in Deans Cabin, sleeping on a cot. I needed to visit her after lunch. I'd be skipping a camp activity in doing so, but I didn't care too much. I had another mixed tape I needed to give to her with some current music I had heard recently.

Suddenly, I was jolted from my thoughts by a shrill blow of a whistle. I barely had time to look around to see what had caused it, before a medium rare steak hurtled towards my face, creating a loud SLAP sound as it made contact with my cheek.
"Shit!" I yelled in surprise and pain. Campers all around brought themselves to attention and stared wildly around the mess hall. Some unlucky ones were hit in the face with steaks like I was.
"FOOD FIGHT!" Declared a thunderous voice. I turned my head towards the source to see the large figure of Gary Cooper from the Ares cabin standing on his table with a deviously proud grin on his meaty face.
My eyes grew wide as it suddenly clicked what was happening.
"Duck and cover!" I exclaimed. I grabbed my plate, still piled with food I hadn't yet eaten and slid myself off the bench I sat on and under the table. I picked up a slab of ham, and when the coast was clear, I raised my head to stare around the Dining Pavilion, searching for a target. I soon spotted an unsuspecting camper, who was looking the other way. I soon realized who it was, and grinned widely. I risked getting hit with food as I straightened myself and flung the piece of ham over my head towards the only Son of Zeus I knew.
I ducked back down quickly, but not before a spray of mushed carrots came flying at my face.

Molly had been working with some metal and tools at the table trying to make a wind up action figure when she heard the blow of a whistle she wasn't used to what usually happened at meals and ignored the whistle. Then suddenly she was hit in the face with someones half eaten vegetables. She smiled and yelled "FOOD FIGHT" over the screams and laughter then she grabbed her plate and flung her food rapidly at everyone she could see, she wasn't a very good shot but she didn't care, she continued. She was hit several times but she kept up her playful spirit
